Benevolence Ministry

If you have landed on this page, it should mean that you have been directed here by one of our deacons. Here we list ministries in our area that could offer further help, arranged by ministry type.

  • Food Help

Our church has a food pantry, meaning it's only open on a very limited basis, and is normally open every third Thursday of the month at 4pm. Here are recommendations of full time food banks. These are the names you can find on Google Maps, listed simply in order of distance from Hebron:

    • United Ministries Inc (Erlanger) map
    • Society of St. Vincent De Paul - Northern Kentucky (Crescent Springs) map
    • Action Ministries (Covington) map
    • Be Concerned (Covington) map
    • Rose Garden (Covington) map
We are not affiliated with and do not officially endorse them, but they're here in the community and may be worth investigating.
  • Clothing Help

There are clothing thrift stores in the area. The only one we're familiar with is Being Renewed Ministries in Hebron, map

  • Spiritual Help

Our church meets every Sunday at 10:30am. Live attendance can't be beat, but virtual is the next best thing. Here's a link our homepage: https://hebronbaptist.org. There are many churches in the area, hopefully one near you is faithfully representing the God of the Bible.

Consider investing in your relationship with your creator. He left a message for you, the Bible. There are copies everywhere. One example (there are others) for free digital reading is https://www.youversion.com/the-bible-app/, which has both Android and iOS apps, includes the full text in numerous translations and languages, and even narrations, all free and without ads. If you're not already, try to build a habit where you read passage(s) from it daily (at least a chapter a day, not just a verse of the day).
  • Shelter Help

Our church is not equipped to provide shelter. There are many homeless shelters in the Cincinnati area. We don't have details on any of them, but here's an example search map. To decide which to try, if any, we suggest you at least read the descriptions of each on Google Maps, in case any somehow better fits your specific situation.

  • Job Help

We don't have any referrals to make at this time but are keeping our eyes open!
